How to Order Custom Bakery Boxes: A Step-by-Step Guide

Ordering custom bakery boxes is simple once you know the steps. The whole process is built around one idea: you approve a free mockup before you ever pay, so there is no risk in starting.

Use this guide to go from logo to delivered boxes.

1. Gather your artwork

Find the best version of your logo, ideally a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF). Only have a photo or a PNG? That is fine; our designers recreate it print-ready at no charge. Note any exact brand (Pantone) colors you need matched on the box.

2. Pick your box style and stock

Decide which box fits your product: a standard auto-lock box, a cupcake box with insert, a tall cake box, a window box, or a slim macaron box. Then choose a stock: natural kraft, white, or coated. Not sure? Tell us what you are packing and we will recommend a style and size.

3. Estimate quantity

Approximate is fine for a quote. Our minimum is 100 per box style, and pricing improves as quantity grows. Ordering several sizes together counts toward volume pricing.

4. Request your quote

Send your logo, box style, stock, and target quantity through the quote form. We reply within one business day with a photo-real mockup and bulk pricing.

5. Approve the mockup

Check spelling, colors, and logo placement on the mockup. Revisions are unlimited and free; we keep going until it is exactly right. Only then do you pay and production begins.

Step You provide We provide
Quote Logo, box style, quantity Mockup + price in 1 business day
Revisions Feedback Unlimited free updates

6. Plan your deadline

Standard production is two to three weeks from approval, plus shipping. Working back from a launch or event date? Start five to six weeks out, or ask about rush production for tighter timelines.

Choosing for your order

The right order is the one that matches your product to the box and leaves a small buffer of spares. Gather clean artwork, pick a stock that suits your goods, and confirm the box actually fits what you bake. Everything else we handle on the mockup.
